How many times can you eat ' Khaman-Dhokla' in a week?
How many times can you listen to educational and academic tips in a week?
How many prayers of different religions you can sing ?
Will you eat sweets every other day if there is a birthday of someone in the neighborhood?
Do you listen to the study related advices given to you?
Do you ask yourself, whether you listened to your teachers in school or not?
Do you ask yourself, whether you remember playing pranks with your teachers or not?
Do you ask yourself, why are you trying to change everything around you when you cant change your own self?
Do you ask yourself, why do you do what you are doing?
Then why do you think or expect the kids less than even half of your age,
to do what you like
to think the way you think
to celebrate festivals which even you dint celebrate at their age
to take a decision of right and wrong
to decide between good and bad
to fit the definition of a 'perfect' kid
This comes as a strong reflection from the conversations with people who ask for donating biscuits, lunch and dinners, worn out clothes because they want to celebrate their birthdays and feel good.
Believe me, there are organizations which provide ample facilities, care, protection and a good life to the kids in the children homes, orphanages and remand homes.
Just because they dont celebrate the birthdays or festivals the way you do doesnt mean they are loosing out something.
One never does something because he thinks that he would have fun doing it, he does things only in which he gets fun to do.
