Times have changed. The requirement of a 10 to 6 job or a business to run sitting in an office the whole day doesn’t feel completely unnecessary.
As a young graduate or a post graduate pass out youth
aspires to have his own company or do projects and work from his comfort
zone. They dream of starting their
companies or personally owned ventures.
One of things which I have noticed is when they do that the family and
people around them take them for granted as someone who would be available
anytime whenever they require. Instead
of a support system there are extra responsibilities put up on him. It can be
as simple as bringing vegetables or dropping to the temple or drive someone to
some place.
Question here is would you be asking your children to do the
same if they were going for a job?
The resultant product coming out of this is students going
abroad or taking up jobs in some companies or leaving their homes for some
different city. For girls, they also try taking some of these options because
parents are running after them to get them married.

Now, because of more students waiting for recruitments, more
people are unemployed.
Why wait for a job when you have enough capability of
starting your own small business venture?
Its not hard, talk to your parents, friends and relatives –
pool in some money- start something small – show results – get confidence- take
it to the next level!
Your venture can be the next Pepsi, Coca Cola, Vodafone or Facebook !
Why wait for a job?
If you are passing out from IIMs, IITs or other good
universities from your city and if you wait for a company to come to you, I
would say- it is ridiculous!
I am especially considering Indian demographics because
opportunities are plenty in almost every corner around you and it is as simple as what I shared yesterday about shoe laundry!
Ideas. Think of ideas. Stop Waiting!
